Blaine Sampson

CEO

Mr. Sampson has more than 20 years of professional experience.  Mr. Sampson held executive positions at Rockwell International and Occidental Petroleum.  He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Kansas’ MBA program.

Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Illinois State University and an MBA from Eastern Illinois University.  He has served on the Foundation Board at Eastern Illinois University.  Blaine is involved with helping non-profit organizations in Lawrence, Kansas City and Chicago.

Scott Woodward

Executive Vice President

Mr. Woodward works with clients to understand their strategic goals and business processes.  He identifies the best applications of technology to meet both our clients and their customer’s needs.  In addition, he focuses on client service and delivery.

Mr. Woodward holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Galen Blakeman

Vice President Technology

Mr. Blakeman works with clients to architect software solutions that efficiently meet the client’s business requirements.   He has knack for solving complex problems with user friendly solutions.

Mr. Blakeman holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Juan Sola

Director, Information Technology

Mr. Sola concentrates on the hardware and software infrastructure for both Blue Ocean and their Clients.  He combines his knowledge of software development with IT infrastructure to identify the best combination of hardware and software to meet the solution objectives

Mr. Sola holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
