Assessment: if the strategy is identified, we work with our clients to identify processes or parts or processes that are ideally suited to Internet or Web-based solutions. Working with all participants in the process we will evaluate the steps of the current process and look at where automation and/or online tools can help improve efficiencies and save time. We will then make a recommendation on what we believe is the best direction to follow.
Evaluation: Considering building a solution vs. buying? Or comparing commercially available solutions? Working from your business objectives we will investigate and make a recommendation for the appropriate solution based on meeting goals, timeline and budget requirements.
