Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Illinois State University and an MBA from Eastern Illinois University. Blaine has served on the Foundation Board at Eastern Illinois University and is involved with helping non-profit organizations in Lawrence, Kansas City and Chicago.
